受控示踪气体填充和排空
采用示踪气体进行泄漏检测要求充注测试对象。TGF11 示踪气体充注器是独立仪器，可以方便可靠地充注示踪气体和抽空。它可确保整个测试对象在正确的时间按照正确的压力充注示踪气体。它还可在检测后抽空示踪气体，避免污染工作区域。
新的用户界面可简单直观地控制仪器，减少操作错误。充注器不含活动部件，因此可最大程度降低维护费用，非常适用于工业系列生产。
TGF11 是 INFICON 氢气和氦气检漏仪的附件，如 Sensistor Sentrac 氢气检漏仪。
